Organize all your resident information and
documents in one central place.
Quickly access Resident account information in ParkManager.
Locate resident information quickly using the space/unit number, name, address, phone or email information.
  • Each resident has a unique account number to ensure separate financial information, utility usage and reservation history.
  • There is unlimited resident account history, including all charges, payments, late fees, deposits and adjustments to the resident`s account.
  • Includes User Defined Fields for resident and unit data such as driver`s license, insurance, unit type, manufacturer and any other information the park requires.
Keep all resident documents in one place.
Create a paperless office by attaching documents, applications, forms and reports to the resident`s account.
Store documents, forms and attachments in the Resident Notes.
Resident Notes section lists an unlimited number of notes, letters, documents, copies of statements and Late Notices in date order.
  • There is an easy way to attach documents of all types to the resident`s account in ParkManager. Scanned documents and forms can be attached to the Notes section under each resident`s account.
  • Individual notes can added to the resident`s account in ParkManager to document phone calls, conversations and other interactions with the resident.
  • Exact copies of billing statements and Late Notices can be saved and stored under the Notes section.
Easily create documents and newsletters.
Use Notices and newsletters to better communicate with residents. Create letters and forms that can be modified and reused.
Create Letters and Notices for individual residents.
Resident letters, notifications and Notices can be created in ParkManager. These documents are sent to individual residents and saved for future use.
  • The `Remark` section of ParkManager contains several examples of letters and notices that can be easily modified and used for your purposes.
  • Creating a letter or notice automatically formats the document with the park`s return address and the address of the resident. The body of the letter or notice can be modified for that resident without changing the original letter or notice.
  • An unlimited number of documents can be created and a copy saved under each residents`s Notes and Notices area in date order.
Create newsletters for the park that can be mailed or emailed.
Newsletters are a great way to increase communication and a sense of community in the park. Newsletters can include such things as announcements of park improvements and changes, a timetable of local events, tips for recycling or annual meetings.
  • Park newsletters can be easily created by modifying the example newsletter included in the ParkManager program.
  • The sample newsletter can easily be copied and used an unlimited number of times. The wording of the headings and paragraphs can be changed, and pages added or expanded simply using the built-in Editor.
  • The newsletters can be printed and mailed or handed out to residents. They can also be saved as PDF documents and emailed to the residents.
