	Enterprise System Catalog
	SB 272 adds a new requirement to the California Public Records Act. It requires every local agency, except local educational agencies, to create a catalog of enterprise systems. Each agency must make the catalog publicly available upon request in the office of the person or officer designated by the agency`s legislative body, and post the catalog on the local agency`s internet website if the agency has a website.
