The District has a policy regarding Government Codes §61115(b) and §61115(c) which allows the District to collect any delinquent amounts on the property through the property tax rolls. Request for Refund of Service Deposit by Owners of Owner-Occupied Homes |
|
|
Per Resolution 2019-4, the owner of an owner-occupied home may request a refund of their service deposit subject to terms of the Resolution. The Resolution is provided below for your review. If you are a renter, this Resolution does not apply to you and your service deposit will remain with the District until you close your account. You may print and fill out the request form and either deliver it to the District office or email it to the District Office Manager at armonacsd@gmail.com. |
