New Service Requests must be done in person at the District Office at 10114 14th Ave. Please see below a list of items that are required to start service:
1. Valid ID
2. Proof of Renting or Ownership. See below. RENTERS: If you are a renter, you must provide a Rental Agreement showing you are the one renting the property. Your name must be on the Rental Agreement to open an account. PROPERTY OWNERS: If you are the new owner of the property, you must provide the Title/Escrow paper showing you are the new owner of property. (We do not need the whole packet of escrow papers, just the top piece that will show your name as the buyer of the property).
3. $250 Service Deposit.- Must be paid with Cash, Check or Money Order. No Credit Cards will be accepted for New Service Deposit.
For your convenience we have attached our Application for Service to fill out and bring with you to the office. Your service will be connected the same day you come in to start service. |
